چکیده
In the present study, we analysed results from use of serological tests for evaluation antibody response to SARS-CoV-2 virus, with aim verifying seroprevalence virus infection in Rome. Evaluations related are important defining epidemiological parameters this disease. We therefore data deriving 1586 subjects, residing geographical area Rome, subjected a rapid test, capable detecting presence specific IgM and IgG class antibodies directed against virus. Among cases, 83 had positive conversion and/or 1503 tested negative. Out 48% (40/83) samples resulted positively both IgG, while 45% (37/83) were only, 7% (6/83) only. The prevalence anti-SARS-CoV-2 considered was 5% (83/1586), 54% (45/83) our population an asymptomatic carrier. study performed better evaluate studied geographic area. To knowledge, is first carried out Lazio region reporting carriers.
